From Advocate to Architect of Change
Angela M. Angel brings a unique combination of lived experience, legislative achievement, and movement leadership to every engagement. As a former Maryland State Delegate who passed more legislation than any colleague, she understands how to navigate complex systems and build unlikely coalitions.
Her journey—from experiencing homelessness with her five children to serving in the State House, and later leading multi-million-dollar organizations—provides both tactical expertise and authentic understanding of the communities she serves.
